Alli posted a new blog about kissable lips a sparkly lips tutorial wich came out to her mind and she did it, check what she posted:
I think this is my most genius idea yet…putting glitter on my lips.
If you are stuck after a new look and have been looking for the PERFECT lip gloss! Use any color you like as a base. Me? I use clear.
First, Apply the lip gloss..
Second, take glitter of any kind and softly sprinkle it onto your lips! (My favorite glitter to use is “Claires – BODY GLITTER.”)

It gives them the perfect and most definite shine.
It’s as simple as that!
This is a great way to keep your lips looking more kissable than ever!
